“Tammy is a super responsive host, which I really appreciated. The condo is spacious and still feels private. All 4 bedrooms are spread out so that everyone has privacy. The sun porch is a delight with enough comfortable seating for 6. To access the Sun Ridge pool, we just walked across the street, which was so nice. All lights, appliances, etc., worked in the condo, and the reserved parking in the garage was also a plus. Having previously stayed in single-family homes at Bayside, I was a tiny...

“Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks ”

“This is a wonderful condo with a beautiful view. Everything from booking to check-in to check-out was efficient and flawless with excellent communication with the host.Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need. Wi-Fi was excellent. A/C was efficient and kept the condo very comfortable during a time of hot temperatures. Nice, clean pool with restrooms right there. We would return to this property.”

“The property is in a nice area, it was clean and we loved it! The porch was amazing and we enjoyed our time watching all the birds and wildlife while drinking our coffee there. Check in was a breeze and property owner was wonderful and responsive. We loved being five minutes from the beach and having great restaurants very close as well. We can't wait to stay again!”

“Great location and condo. Amazing view. We needed to pick up an additional key fob because 1 wasn't enough. Our only issue was only having 2 parking spots. Having a room that sleeps 10 usually results in more than 2 cars.”
