“Great location, nice apartment clean and cosy. Personnel at the reception was very nice and helpful. 15 min. walking to the train station or just 5 min. to the bus for the train station. Just to be picky the only things that can be improved are the TV reception and the couch that needs to be replaced but overall this is a nice place to stay.”

“arrivate il 26 dicembre abbiamo scoperto che c'era sciopero dei treni e quindi raggiungere norbury è stato una piccola odissea con due cambi di autobus,ma, una volta arrivate tutto bene : accoglienza cordiale, disponibile, camera con bagno privato pulitissima ( avevo il terrore di moquette e carte da parati improbabili) , cambio giornaliero degli asciugami, letto comodo, stanza ben riscaldata, colazione fai da te più che risparmiosa visti i prezzi fuori, certo si sentivano i treni passare ma non...

“I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. I'd highly recommend. ”

I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”

“our room was dirty and lacked all the amenities that were listed in the booking page. we didn’t care about not having a dryer or an iron (since we were only staying for 5 days) but we didn’t even have a hairdryer !!! we asked the staff to get us one multiple times but we got pretty much ignored since we never got it. it wasn’t even possible to check in at a different time even if they had it as an option in their booking page and even sent us an email asking us about our arrival time to adjust...

“The kitchen and appliances were excellent, the bathroom was modern and spotless and the bed was comfy. The room was different to the one I booked (according to the photos), but it was clean. The space was small and the bed was in the loft space so the ceiling was very low. There was a small heater downstairs, but the space was pretty cold.
