“The AC in the first room was not working”

“Upon arrival we were not properly greeted and were told to wait a minute. This wait took approximately 3 months minutes before getting checked in. The attendant was very dry not did not make an attempt to even provide a polite smile. I believe she was very rude. She assigned us a room with a dirty toilet which didn’t even flush. The alternate room provide was adequate. Will not return.”

“Thought my stay was overall great! Only a couple complaints I had were the pool area was not ventilated well so if you choose to read a book or something you'll be very uncomfortable. Second one is minor but my last morning here the workers started up a truck that woke me up. Minor but aggravating nonetheless. Outside of this it was quiet, breakfast was amazing, staff was great with helping me as I locked my old keys in the room and the lady at front desk was very nice and helpful.”

“The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Enjoyed the pet area for my dog to relieve herself along with the availability of scoop and poop bags.”
