It is situated on a 1600 square metre plot at the entrance to the village, which is completely fenced in with hedges and divided into several levels. Guests enjoy their own area with plenty of space, two cosy seating areas, a barbecue and a large lawn for relaxing and playing. The property offers enough space to store your car, bicycles or canoes.

The area around Sellin, a region between the Baltic Sea, Lake Sellin and a beech forest, is a real tourist magnet with a wide range of cycling and hiking trails, its own sailing harbour and a wealth of leisure and cultural events.
