“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait.”

“The bed linen was dirty looks like they didn’t changed and it’s more then a week and they don’t refund the deposit , now i have to call them and ask what’s going on ,it’s ridiculous”

“Needed more breakfast selection. The first room had a very bad smell like a dog. Give another room a/c and phone did not work. ”

“Nice clean hotel, breakfast was ok. The room advertised a pull out double bed sofa. It was barely a super single, but it was comfortable for a pull out. Ice machine is in the refrigerator in the room and if you don't know to turn it on when you get to the room, then you will not have ice for the morning. Price was a little high, but what can you do about that anymore?”
