“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“The room was very clean as well as the property. The staff were phenomenal. All of them were very kind and helpful. One of the other guests told me a family staying there jumped the fence to the pool the night before I checked in and they were very loud most of the night. I talked to the manager about this. She said they were aware of the incident and spoke to the guests about it. She gave me her cell phone number and told me to call her if it happened again. Great customer service!! Loved the...

“Did need a shower curtain. Perfect place for 1 night stay after baseball game.”

“This hotel was not an ideal place if wanting peace and quiet to study for finals. I could hear my neighbors in their rooms and walking the halls (I’m hard of hearing and still could hear them). The hot breakfast was disappointing. The waffles were the best part. Lastly, hotel staff was invasive in privacy and not accommodating. I had an accident in my room (it shouldn’t matter what type of accident) and it made a mess on the linen so I requested new linen. Staff told me to put dirty linen...

“We had a bad check-in experience during our recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Largo, Florida. Because of the entire Hampton computer system being down, we had to come back twice to check-in on 7/31/26. We were finally able to check-in manually around 8:30 p.m. and the system was not back up until about 2:30 am on 8/1. Because of the inconvenience of having to change evening plans we had made just to keep trying to check-in, we would like to get a refund for the first night of this trip.”
