“Well stocked with utensils and cookware. Everything was clean. Furniture slightly outdated and stained but otherwise comfortable. Excellent View and love the balcony. Staff was amazing. Jose, Danielle, and Wayne made check-in feel like I was coming to visit family. I was welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and humor which is rare nowadays. Definite recommended stay”

“Hola, necesito asistencia con un reembolso por una reserva reciente.
Reservé un hotel a través de su plataforma y al momento de hacer el check-in, alrededor de las 12 de la noche, la habitación que me asignaron estaba completamente sucia. Tengo evidencia en fotos.
Lo más preocupante fue que el personal del hotel no me ofreció ninguna solución adecuada en ese momento. Incluso propuse quedarme en la habitación y limpiarla yo misma a cambio de algún descuento, pero tampoco accedieron.

“Very old hotel, unfortunately also the furnishings, as well as the mattresses and the very squeaky bed.
Bad cleaning, mildew on the shower curtains and hair all over the place.
The curtains do not darken perfectly, so in the morning light penetrates the window very early.
The bedroom door does not isolate from the corridor, and all the noises and voices of other guests are heard.
Finally, the price paid, which does not include breakfast, was very expensive.
