Walk to Seminyak’s restaurants, cafés and shops, then come home to your own pool and garden. Villa CJ is a private two-bedroom villa in Drupadi, around 8 minutes on foot from Eat Street and 10 minutes from La Favela.

Made for two couples, friends or a family of four, the villa pairs open-air living with two air-conditioned bedrooms: one king and one twin that can be prepared as a king. Daily housekeeping is included.


The Space:
Villa CJ is arranged on one level around its pool and garden. White walls, grey-and-white tiled floors, warm timber furniture and colourful textiles give the villa a bright, relaxed character.

The open-sided living and dining area looks directly onto the pool, connecting the shared space with the garden. There is comfortable lounge seating, a dining table for four and a kitchen with a refrigerator, electric hob, microwave, cookware and French press. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker are also available.

Both air-conditioned bedrooms sit just off the living area. One has a king bed; the other has two single beds that can be joined as a king on request. The villa has two bathrooms.

Outside, the private L-shaped pool is bordered by tropical planting and a deck with sun loungers—a private place to cool off between outings.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, pool and garden. The home has a private entrance and no internal stairs. One car can be accommodated in a shared parking area.

The Neighborhood:
The house is perfectly situated for coffee, brunch, dinner, and exploring. It’s a three-minute walk to Kilo Kitchen, and five minutes to Shelter for a tasty breakfast or lunch.
Some of the area’s most popular restaurants are also within a five-minute walk.

Getting Around:
Villa CJ is in Seminyak’s Drupadi area. Approximate walking times are:
- Kilo Kitchen: a few minutes
- Eat Street: 8 minutes
- La Favela: 10 minutes
- Ultimo: 15 minutes
- Seminyak Beach: 15 minutes

Traffic can affect driving times elsewhere in Seminyak, but many everyday meals, shops and cafés are reachable on foot.


Other Things to Note:
The living, dining and kitchen areas are open to the garden and cooled by ceiling fans; occasional insects are part of this indoor-outdoor setting.
Breakfast is not served at the villa, but Shelter and other popular cafés are only a few minutes away on foot.
Villa CJ is located at Gang Mertasari, Drupadi Street.
