Introducing Villa Caitlyn, our 3 Bedroom private pool villa based in Seminyak!

This spacious villa is located just 2-3 mins walk from the famous Jl Raya Seminyak & very close to Sunset Road, Drupadi & Jl Kayu Aya (Eat street). Just a short taxi ride to 66 beach, walking distance to popular Seminyak & Legian destinations & a host of Bali's most popular restaurants, night spots & retail outlets all within walking distance.

THE SPACE:
Located in the heart of Seminyak, this brand new 3 bedroom villa is just walking distance to some of Seminyak's most popular tourist areas, whilst quietly tucked away from the busy hustle & bustle of Bali.

Pretty much anything you need is walking distance or a short cab ride from the villa.

The villa consists of 3 large air conditioned bedrooms each with Cable, Wifi, private bathroom and extremely comfortable hotel style bedding.

The private pool is equipped with bean bags to lounge & sunbeds to sunbake along with many hours of uninhibited sunlight making it perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

GUEST ACCESS:
There is fast speed WiFi access throughout the villa ( Up to 75mbps) and Cable TV Channels in all rooms for guests to enjoy.

Fresh linen, bath towels, beach/pool towels and soap all provided.

A fully equipped kitchen and amenities with gas stove, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, toaster, hot water, mineral water dispenser, and ample cookware, tableware, and cutlery.

This villa comes with free drinking water for guests.

This villa also includes a cleaning service every 2 days. If you do not wish for the villa to be cleaned any days please notify us.

The villa is fully secure with safety boxes for personal items and 24 hour CCTV.

Breakfast delivery can arranged at the villa (GoJek or Grap food applications has many options)

FREE Airport pick up is included for all guests staying 3 days or longer.

For guest staying less than 3 days, a private driver can be arranged for your airport transfers for $25 Aud each way.

Baby cot and high chair are available upon request, FREE OF CHARGE.

Laundry service can be arranged.

Massages can be arranged at the villa.

Bike rental is also available at the villa, price depending on availability.
