“My stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying at Ginkgo House if I ever find myself in Cambridge again! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, my room was very clean, and the potential noise that was mentioned was very minimal and did not cause any issues!”

“Room is huge. Bed and pillows are comfortable. HVAC on the noisy end when kicked in. A little noisy from the traffic on the roads by the riverside.
Not enough cloth/towel rack in bathroom.
Two shampoo bottles and one conditioner. Left message at front desk to change when housekeeping comes next day and didn’t. Had to call again.
The boathouse restaurant breakfast time the staff is very slow and we are in a hurry. The utensils set also have 2 forks and 1 spoon but no knife. Makes sure wonder...

“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”
