"Host canceled reservation 16hrs before trip in which I was informed of the cancellation only after I asked about how I would be able to acces the property at check in time. I would not recommend if u really need somewhere to stay because you may very well not have anywhere to stay."

"One of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our trip. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet and private. Loved the patio. Didn’t enjoy the parking or getting locked out at 3am. Those two things need work."

"I stayed at the Renaissance in Mobile for a girls’ trip and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a river view room where we could see the Amtrak train and the cruise ship, which made the view even better. I also liked the added security of needing a key card ..."
