“This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever stayed. The lounge was filled with tasty treats and drinks in the afternoons and outside was a beautiful area with a foot bath. The hot springs were wonderful and the kaiseki dinners were amazing. The hotel staff members were very accommodating and gracious when dealing with a mixup about the reservation. “The hotel was easy to find and very close to Sendai train station. The pillows were VERY thin, I would highly suggest either bringing your own or ask the staff for an additional pillow. There's a Lawson's on the first floor which makes it convenient for snacks/water etc. The room was small but for one night it worked for what we needed. The A/C worked very well. The staff was wonderfuland the hotel was very clean!”
