I had to sleep with the windows open because the smell was omnipresent and it even affected my sleep. I looked everywhere to find the source (a plug-in or something) but never found anything. My colleague experienced the same thing in his room. "

"This is not 4 star hotel as advertised. We book triple room expectimg 3 normal beds but god one double bed and one uncomfortable small bed. Noice from heating was so extensive we were forced to switch it off. Also trafic from nearby road was very loud, room not sound proof."

The general level of decor and amenities we would describe as sort of Disney: very competent, with comfortable beds and solid furnishings, clean and roomy bathroom, very large rooms even by American standards, well run, but a little corny and corporate feeling.
