“Nel complesso esperienza positiva, Hote all'altezza, orari e qualità della prima colazione molto positivi, personale affabile. Nel bagno il lavabo era piccolo, il resto ok. Forse mi aspettavo di più da Kaunas: rispetto a Vilnius architettura che ancora risente della dominazione sovietica.”

“Check in automatico con mail per istruzioni richiesta ripetutamente prima e dopo l'arrivo. Assenza di personale alla reception. Abbiamo chiamato e il telefono squillava a vuoto. Perso molto tempo prima di ricevere una risposta. Condizioni fatiscenti considerata la categoria. Assenza di ascensore. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Colazione ok.”

“Clean room, nicely decorated, good facilities, comfy bed. Also well located for the Akropolis shopping centre and the main shopping street. Not sure about the door entry system where you need to phone a number and it automatically opens the door when it connects. Also I kept banging my head in the toilet on a cabinet that juts out above the toilet bowl. Not very well designed for tall people. I have quite a big scrape on my head that was bleeding and is now scabbed over.”
