“Host Leslie was concerned about having us stay in Glamp Bernice during the 30-degree night, so she offered a heated cabin instead, which was pure delight. It is beautifully built and decorated, fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies (except we couldn't find pot holders or dish towels), and provided spectacular views through the many large windows. And it was WARM!”

“Camp Twosome was the perfect place to spend a few rainy days with spots of sunshine in the adirondacks. The view out the large windows was delightful, wonderfully framing the fall colors cascading over the mountains. “First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!”

“Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. ”

“The cabin, Bossie, is beautifully located. It also has all of the amenities I needed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, towels, linens. “The house was adorable and clean, and the host was responsive and kind. Kitchen had everything we needed. My only caution would be that this house is definitely more for families/groups who won’t be spending a lot of time indoors. While there were plenty of comfy sleeping spaces, there wasn’t adequate seating for 6 of us to comfortably watch a movie in the evening. Besides that…a really great stay!”
