Everything was wonderful—the room with wooden furnishings and a terrace overlooking a spectacular view made the experience unique. “Good property and location. Room wasn’t quiet at all. Fan was loud and couldn’t use. No air conditioning. Wind outside was knocking things around. Shower temperature was difficult to adjust. Parking was limited and obstructed by some construction stuff.”

“I had an absolutely amazing stay. I loved the common areas! Spent tons of time in the hanging chairs reading and enjoying the view. Great proximity to the town, most dinner places/restaurants are walkable. My personal room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great! Everyone was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help. I missed my bus back to the airport and Ro at the front desk immediately helped me come up with a new plan based on the local resources and even called me a taxi and...

“My family's stay at Nafre House over the winter holiday was wonderful. The bed and breakfast is a perfect location for anyone visiting the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve and the surrounding area, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff were unfailingly gracious and helpful, in both English and our attempts at Spanish. They even brought us a New Year's Eve gift. We would recommend Nafre House to anyone visiting this beautiful area. ”
