“We booked a last minute week in Provincetown to enjoy the 4th of July week with friends. We were pleasantly surprised that the place was available and it was exactly what we wanted !Centrally located, walk to all activities, nicely maintained and clean. All of the features were exactly like the listing detailed. ”

“The setup is perfect for privacy, while offering a large comfortable common area on the second floor. 2 bedrooms on the third floor, and 1 on the first floor are really comfortable The kitchen is well-stocked and the apartment is tastefully furnished. Thanks for a great stay!”

“It was exactly as advertised. The host was responsive and helpful with television issue. Also, did not mind having to make beds and launder towels to keep the cleaning fee to a minimum, as other properties are charging outrageous fees for cleaning. Kudos. Will stay again.”

“I spent my week biking and jogging. Playing basketball and writing my book. The cottage was great but it’s west Yarmouth where there are used syringes that are blatantly thrown out of cars traveling east and west on Rt 28. ”

“We had a great stay in a great location. We love Ptown and this space was perfect for what we needed. It’s not a big space, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The narrow stairs going up to the bedroom wasn’t our favorite feature, but the king sized bed was super comfortable and we slept well while we were there. All in all it was a very fun and relaxing stay. ”

“Our family stayed for 3 beautiful days. The condo was sparkling clean. All beds we’re comfortable and the view was incredible. We had coffee every morning on the beach after we woke up to the incredible view from our bedroom. This property is a must. Private beach that goes on for miles and so close to Providence. A family must. The only thing I would recommend is Netflix on the living room tv for some family wind down time. We will definitely be back. Beautiful ”

“It was just enough space for the two of us and our dog. It’s nice to have options that allow us to bring him with us. Great water pressure in the shower and nice beach access right across the street. Maryann was very responsive to check in and make sure all was well. Perfect location to watch the 4th of July parade. ”
