"Il luogo è veramente da incanto - ai piedi delle montagne. Ho dormito in una suite Junior, molto bella e ampia (ottima per famiglia di 4 persone)- pulizia molto discutibile: il pavimento era di moquette probabilmente mai lavata (camminando a piedi scalzi diventavano neri!)"

"All’arrivo in hotel abbiamo scoperto che eravamo stati trasferiti ad un’altra struttura (senza ben precisare il motivo, nè anticiparci la cosa via telefono/email/altro): il nuovo resort, pur essendo della medesima classificazione, si trova dall’altro lato della città (lontano da dove volevamo stare), manca di svariati servizi e non è nelle stesse condizioni di manutenzione. Avremmo apprezzato un preavviso con magari una proposta di rimborso o la scelta tra 2 strutture!"

"Check in was a disaster… first room the sofa bed collapse, they offer another room and wasn’t ready, so we move to another one and the key didn’t work! Finally after 3 times we get in. Our first room a part of the bed has a very nice view, and they give us a parking view! To bad for the price! They didn’t made our bed and they know that we are in 4! They didn’t clean the room in 2 days! The location was ok but we love Sedona so we make it! "

" The room was so cozy and well decorated. I loved the amenities and the TV. The pool and the jacuzzi were a plus, the perfect place to relax after a hike. "
