“Spacious room”

“A wonderful hotel: very nice supportive staff, artfully designed well maintained property, easy safe parking. Room is spacious with modern appliances (TV is a bit small for a room size)). Area is safe in a daytime. Few angry individuals we observed on a way back to a hotel at night, coming from bar area… but, all in all it’s a good safe hotel to stay if you visit Seattle.”

“Hotel mediocre, la prima camera assegnata aveva cattivo odore di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ce ne hanno assegnata una pulita ma con evidenti difetti (es. mattonelle del bagno rotte che cadevano al tocco). Nella hall c'era un odore sgradevole di ristorazione. Di positivo lo shuttle gratuito per l'aeroporto ma consigliamo di prenotarlo tramite la reception, prima della partenza perché loro non mandano messaggi al riguardo.”

“Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

“I paid for a suite and didn’t get it they said I reserved a double bed which my reservation says suite payed 189 a night the first room was a suite but broken shades a dogs stains it smelled lamp was broken closed door was broken until I got moved to a double room never again”

“Staff was great. Room was not cleaned very well. Dusty and smelled of wet rags. Ice bucket had a smelly, moldy something in it that was stinking up the room. Put it in the hallway and took 2 days before it was picked up and cleaned. Tv also did not work.”

“Im not a fan of the Dish system on the TV, but that's all I didn't like. Would've liked to be able to stream”
