Hotel vicino a Sentiero del Filosofo - Kyoto

“We were so impressed by the kindness and flexibility during our stay. They accommodated an early check-in, had all of our luggage from our previous hotel waiting in our room, and even included thoughtful touches (handwritten welcome note). The hospitality was exceptional and made this one of our favorite travel experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!”

“Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa! Upea ja fantastinen henkilökunta, apua sai aivan kaikkeen! Pesukoneelle oli käyttöä. Ainoa miinus oli että suuret ikkunat antoivat joelle, jossa satamäärin paikallisia ja turisteja hyppelemässä kivillä, et voi kulkea yöpuvussa verhojen ollessa auki! Upea japanilainen aamupala ja täydellinen design-keittiö japanilaisilla veitsillä ja viinikaapissakin hyvät juomat!”

“Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit. Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the...

“Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou.”

“Wonderful experience.”

“Great spot! You're right next to the train station (Keihan Line) which is perfect if you want to do a spontaneous Osaka Day Trip or get closer to the temples! The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The area has nearby food options (more local and less touristy).”

“Excellent stay, very clean and comfortable. Great amenities in the room as well as in the front lobby area (coffee machine, beer, sake, soft drink and orange juice) all of which is complementary. Great area, lots of food and shopping options.”

“I didn't expect that it would be a whole house just for myself! The service was splendid, very polite and helpful. The house has everything you need, i.e. all the dishes. The interior is traditional and, very comfortable and nice.”

“Sowaka was amazing. Great location, beautiful hotel, incredible food, perfect staff! Do take the 5:45 am tour to Kiyomizu-dera with the incredibly knowledgeable hotel manager. A wonderful and unique experience without all the tourists around.”

“Struttura e camera molto belle in stile giapponese, locazione perfetta a due passi a piedi dal centro di Gion e dai mezzi pubblici. Consiglio di provare la prima colazione giapponese che viene servita in camera: il cibo è ottimo e la quantità giusta. In alternativa ed incluso nel costo sono disponibili delle brioche mignon surgelate da scaldare nel forno nella hall (caffè e bevande calde incluse).”

“We loved staying here and would definitely stay again if we visited Kyoto. Very friendly and helpful staff, amenities available to us were really useful and our room was perfect for what we needed. We also loved the convenient location to local temples, shopping, restaurants and multiple local train stations which made getting around very easy even with our baby. Very glad we chose to stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone.”

“Location!”

“Hotel Okura is a beautiful hotel away from the crowded areas of Kyoto. Splurge on a garden room and you'll get a gorgeous view of temples and shrines. Everything is very lovely: staff, amenities, complimentary happy hour, breakfast service, the gym...”

“The room felt spacious relative to other hotels we visited in Japan, and everything was clean. They supplied all the standard amenities for our stay. The only drawback was the lack of daily room cleaning and a laundry room; however, they replaced our towels everyday, and also shared details about a laundromat three minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very kind and assisted with forwarding our luggage to our next stop.”

“Pulizia”

“Hotel ben collocato nel quartiere Gion. Personale disponibile e professionale. Camera ampia, pulita e confortevole al piano terra. Unico aspetto negativo la finestra: piccola che dava sul retro ”

“It was great!”

“Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. However, everything around there closes quite early and becomes really quiet - so be aware if it’s not your vibe. Not a big deal for me, though. The only real issue is that the property is not very accessible: the closest bust stop is about 15 min away and...

“Steal of a deal for this spacious room. Hotel was spotless. Location was great as well.”
