“This place worked out fine. 2 beds, a nice kitchenette, nice bathroom and centrally located. We also appreciated hanging maps and clear communication. There is an added breakage fee that was not clear at first glance. Overall, I think the price is too steep for what it is but that's Sedona I guess. We enjoyed it. ”

“The vacation rentals share the property with a restaurant. Our car was damaged entering the parking lot and the property manager would not provide us with a copy of the video of the parking area. The property manager said they couldn't talk to us about the damage and misled us into believing that the problem had been referred to VRBO. When I called VRBO they were unaware of the situation. The bed was very hard and the comforter was extremely heavy. The room has 7 pillows but only 1 small throw...

“The location was great - within walking distance of restaurants, breweries. I appreciate the host being pet-friendly. Would be great to reduce the amount of the pet fee. We had a courtyard, which was nice. It is good for 2 people - kinda tight quarters. Well taken care of.”
