“Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left.”

“This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed at property. Check in was a pain. Jackie at the front desk was rude. I booked a 1 bedroom unit and ended up getting a one bedroom studio. There was black mold in the shower. The carpets were sticky. E203 was our unit. My other 2 stays were great and we had great one bedroom room with a large double sink, nice shower.”
