Grand Eastonian Hotel & Suites
Staff was superb and accommodating. Cleanliness was acceptable and the stay was good until we couldn't get hot water in our family suite. Staff did move us to a different suite. My wife and I were with our children so I am hoping during our next stay, the family suite will be FULLY operational!

We stayed for two nights and overall had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. The only issue was that the shower water never really got hot and stayed more on the cooler side. Also, the suite has a kitchen but no pots or pans, which was a little confusing since ...
