"Upon learning the pool was in repair, and has been for some time, after riding in 30c all day, we were quite disappointed. The lady at check in seems dismissive and sarcastic that we were not impressed. Asking us if we were planning to swim some laps??? We needed to cool off - sadly one of the ladies ..."
