“E' un bed & breakfast situato nella cittadina di Princetown, un paese in mezzo alla brughiera del Dartmoor. La location è fantastica ed anche la quiete del posto. Non è un hotel 5 stelle, siamo in campagna e gli arredi sono molto spartani. Noi occupavamo una dependance con bagno che comunque era completa di frigo e attrezzatura per un te/caffè. The space is amazing - the lower bedroom was very accessible to my elderly mother and her friend and they were so happy when they saw the elevator! We had very hot weather but the flat stayed nice and cool. The location is ideal - walkable for everything in Ilfracombe and an easy drive to other North Devon locations. I would highly recommend it! ”

“The welcome we received from Ashrad was excellent. He went out of his way to welcome us, and to advise us about the locality he is a very friendly gentleman. He had left tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as a welcome gift. The accommodation was second to none, in a very convenient location. ”

“So clean and fresh. Lovely backing out onto the fields. With the hedge cut there are some amazing views over the valley. We didiss tea towels and an oven tray. But overall it was very good. WiFi from May. And even though we couldn't use the pool because of Covid. Ilfracombe has Soooo much to offer. Fabulous Taka trail. Walk to Lee. The Beach Tunnels and beach is a great experience. Well worth the stay. Ah and Tesco's is just up the hill. 10 min walk.”

“The experience does not align to the website. Buildings in poor state or repair woth wooden external staircase broken. First apartment smelt so bad requested immediate change. 2nd apartment at mininum expected standard. Pillows very hard, beds uncomfortable. Surrounding area and tenants concerning. Left a day early.”
