It's so close to the beach, it was great to be able to go for a sea swim, followed by an outdoor shower and then in to the hot tub. The beds were all comfy, the entire house was clean and the layout so thoughtfully planned. Already considering it for our weekend next year!”

“Beautiful house, fantastic views. All rooms spacious and bathrooms clean. Accommodation was perfect for my family celebration ages ranging from 3-82. All rooms sound proof and beds very comfortable. We had a great time enjoying the grounds, games room and both kitchens. The hot tub was an added bonus too. Left with great memories of my 60th. ”

“A beautiful little cottage. Very well equipped and really lively outdoor areas. Lying in the hammock in the shade of a huge tree in the large garden area was so relaxing and ideal for a very hot day. Close to the wonderful north Devon beaches and Exmoor it’s ideally located for all types of activity. So lovely to be on a farm with chickens giving fresh eggs. Sheep and alpaca in the field. Idyllic”

“A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. ”
