Cottage a Sentiero Ferroviario delle Bermuda

“This was my third trip to Bermuda Unfortunately, Grotto Bay did not live up to the standards of other resorts on the island. The front end needs a course on customer service. Day prior to my arrival, I called and requested earlier check in at 2 pm and was told there are no guarantees…it ended there. Booked 5 nights here and called guest services several times to book a massage and no answer. Left a message at the front desk told to keep calling back she was busy. “Their biggest pool - the one in their profile picture, was not open. I also resented that they did not have a water refill station, anywhere. They said that my only option for fresh water was to pay $2.50/ per plastic bottle to my room. When I asked if I could drink the sink water, they cautioned against it. It was surprising to me how hard it was to get water here, especially considering that they have a great sauna on the property; you would think hydration would be more of a concern.”
