There are a couple nice restaurants that are a 15 minute walk away, the bus stop is at the bottom of the road and runs every 30 mins to Hamilton or St Georges which we used a few times for evenings...

“The cottage has great views from the kitchen, living room and terrace. We saw a variety of birds, fish and turtles. The bus stops are just steps away from the cottage and if you are comfortable enough walking on the roads it is just a short distance to Flatts Village and good restaurants. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs and provided excellent information about the things to do on the island. ”
