“Nice property but really needs air conditioning in rooms”

“Pokoje brudne, niby po sprzątaniu a podłoga sie kleiła. Po zgłoszeniu tego w recepcji chcieli nam doliczyć 130zł za sprzątanie. ”

“Posto molto bello e struttura nuova. Gli unici difetti: appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore e il bagno mansarda con solo la vasca molto piccola e scomoda. Per il resto, posto perfetto.”

“Wonderful hotel. Clean, convinient location, nice staff, and good breakfast. We enjoyed sauna and hot tub after long hikes. Nice roof top taras with a mountain view (Giewont). Our apartment was big and had balcony with nice view. I would definetly come back.”

“Frustrating! We booked 5 nights in winter, we had high expectations, but they were all dashed. At check-in we realized there were only 3 sets of bed linens. There were 4 of us, and they couldn't replace them until the next day, and even then they didn't leave towels. They said there had been a mistake in the booking; I think they gave us the wrong apartment, it was too small for 4 people. Super cramped. They didn't leave garbage bags or cleaning supplies; we spent 5 days in a small and dirty...

“Nette Apartments mit sehr schöner Einrichtung. Der Kamin läd zum Abends verweilen ein und die Küche war mit allem wichtigen Ausgestattet. Einzig die fehlende Seife im Bad wäre zu bemängeln.”
