“The place was so quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our getaway.”

“Room was clean .Staffs were nice .Breakfast is only with good credits and got members only when you already ended the breakfast then they bill you and tell you.But the hotel says when booked that breakfast is included. All like a trap. casino is very small .overall -not for kids and families. 3/5”

“This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.”

“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“Great location, smooth check in and check out process. Walked to Kings Beach and nearby restaurants. Room was cozy and well equipped.”

“The kitchen was even better than what I expected. Fully stocked with silverware, knives, a coffee pot, toaster, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc. Even a separate hot plate and a dishwasher! Everything was spotlessly clean and ready to use. ”

“Nice simple room. Kitchenette area would be convenient for preparing food though I didn’t use it. Loud neighboring room, though not the hotels fault. Would be nice if walls were better insulated.”

“Quite deplorable. The room was filthy. We had cockroaches and ants crawl up on us while sleeping. One of us woke up with two bites on the arm. The bathroom was dirty, the tub was dark with hair and the shower curtain was decaying. The chairs the room provided had brown and white stains on them. The room had a strange urine smell. The water was turned off several times during stay.”

“L'hotel non e' frequentato da bella gente; sembra che per alcuni sia il posto fisso dove abitare. Siamo stati due notti, e non sono passati a fare la camera. Le camere sono abbastanza ben attrezzate, ma la pulizia generale dell'hotel lascia un po' a desiderare. Colazione essenziale ma accettabile.”
