“The kitchen in the King Suite was limited. It was misleading on the website. Overall, a very comfortable room with great view. Breakfast was cold for both my husband and myself. It was a nice stay, but not what I usually expected from a Hyatt, it fell one star short.”

“Where to start.... I'll start minor first. To Start we enter to a dark small motel room. Stain in the freezer, not cleaned. A flimsy felt blanket between 2 flat sheets for a top cover. Just ridiculous, you end up all tangled up in it, and not warm at all, just a joke. There is only one garbage can, so not one in the bathroom, the sink does not drain, and the shower is a corner shower..... Whoever designed this was dumb. The shower head is above the shower curtain. And I am 5'8 and I could barely...

“This was our third stay, and once again it was amazing! My kids absolutely love staying here. We have stayed at Holiday Inn in Toronto and Eugene, and both experiences have been wonderful. It's the perfect place for a family vacation. We especially appreciated the free parking, which is a great benefit for families traveling by car.
