“Great amenities and location.”

“All’arrivo in hotel abbiamo scoperto che eravamo stati trasferiti ad un’altra struttura (senza ben precisare il motivo, nè anticiparci la cosa via telefono/email/altro): il nuovo resort, pur essendo della medesima classificazione, si trova dall’altro lato della città (lontano da dove volevamo stare), manca di svariati servizi e non è nelle stesse condizioni di manutenzione. Avremmo apprezzato un preavviso con magari una proposta di rimborso o la scelta tra 2 strutture!”

“Suite monolocale 1 letto King al primo piano camera pulita e molto spaziosa con 2 terrazze una per lato, struttura bellissima bella locazione, ottimo punto di vista interno e a un passo da quello esterno, vicino al Mesa Airport dove si trova il Mesa Grill raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti ottimo per colazione, pranzo o cena o anche aperitivo. All'interno della struttura c'è un ristorantino situato all'interno di una roulotte Airstream servono colazione, pranzo e cena con un menù ristretto ma...

“While we were there we planned on having pool time. Pool was closed the whole 3 days we were there. Electronic key malfunction on our room. The check in desk tried to help. Hover ever it kept locking us out of our room. Walking back and forth from the desk up the elevator to the room multiple times to test key cards that didn’t work is aggravating. They never could remedy the situation locking me out of our room.”

“We loved it and well worth the price. The tiny homes are very affordable and clean, it was just what we needed. I will say there was a majority of a whole day where the water was turned off. We didn’t get a heads up on the situation; so we didn’t get showers beforehand. We couldn’t go to the restroom. I reached out and asked if they knew the water was off and there was no reply, which was a bit disappointing, to say the least. Otherwise the whole park was quiet and the place.z’o”

“Tranquility is THE word I felt from the moment we arrived. Girls trip with poolside cocktails and sun bathing. Food was great served poolside as well. Quiet, great walkable option to store or the wonderful pizza spot across the street was a must try. The beds were plush, decor is chic, wide walking spaces, ni e open bathroom with double sinks in our unit. The SPA is amazing and a must. location to everywhere is very easy. Definitely recommend💕”
