“部屋に置いてあるグラスやポットの上がほこりっぽかった。スプーンは拭いたような跡が残っていた。全体的には綺麗に見えたが細かい所は雑なのかも知れないと感じた。
スタッフは愛想はなく事務的。ホスピタリティは感じなかった。
日本語は全く分からず韓国語か英語なので自分の翻訳アプリでやり取りした。
帰りに呼んだタクシーに乗る際外にいた男性スタッフがキャリーを積んでくれて笑顔だったのは良かった。

The structure is nice and innovative, but somethign strange happened: tyhe restaurant is very good, but in one of the evening I was there the restaurant was not serving any dinner or bar service to the hotel guests due to a convention that booked the full services.”

“Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new.
That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.”

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to go to Seoul station and they helped with the arrangements.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and there were a lot of restaurants in the area.

“The overall experience was good, except for the restaurant on the b1.
We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad.
Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! They don’t let you swimming caps and there is nowhere close where you can buy it. When we ask at the reception they said it was written on the reservation but once I showed them it was...
