Haiyan SKY, overlooking the magnificent view of Dongdaemun, is akin to a urban villa. Escape from the ordinary and find solace in its unique ambiance.

To make every day special, we've prepared Warner goodies. Enjoy tea time on wooden tables while gazing at the blue sky, feel the nostalgic crackle of old LPs on the turntable, and immerse yourself in the stars with the impressive beam projector. Additionally, dine in style with our dazzling kitchenware.
The space
HaiyanSKY is a standalone house where no other guests or hosts share any space, allowing guests to use the entire second floor privately.

* Room Information:

1. Chandelier Room
Features a queen-size bed, providing ample space for two.
Comes with a built-in wardrobe for storage convenience.
Ensuite bathroom included within the room.

2. Modern Classic Room
Offers a king-size bed, also suitable for two guests.
Furnished with a cozy armchair and a mini table.

3. Prince & Princess Room
Furnished with a single bed.
Provides a built-in wardrobe for storage convenience.
Additional bedding sets available for larger groups.

4. Terrace:
The spacious and cozy terrace offers a view of Dongdaemun and distant views of Gwanak Mountain. Guests can enjoy cultivating their plants through hospitality.

[Entertainment for Long-term Guests]

Enjoy various programs with a projector capable of streaming Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and cable TV.
Experience satisfying movie nights with a premium soundbar (replacing the TV with a projector; real-time terrestrial broadcasting not available).
Various board games are available for enjoyable use during your stay.
Brighten up your daily atmosphere with Bluetooth speakers capable of playing LPs, CDs, and tapes.

Other things to note
* HaiyanSKY is situated on a hilltop with a breathtaking view of beautiful Dongdaemun. While accessibility to Dongdaemun and the subway station is excellent, it requires a steep uphill walk of about 5 minutes.

However, parking is available right around the house, and carrying luggage is very manageable.

* The surroundings of HaiyanSKY offer a tranquil and peaceful residential area, reminiscent of countryside living. Therefore, out of respect for our neighbors, terrace usage is prohibited after 9 PM, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise.

* HaiyanSKY is a standalone house with two floors, and guests have exclusive access to the entire second floor. The first and second floors are completely separate spaces, with no areas shared with other guests.

* To minimize inter-floor noise, HaiyanSKY has been constructed with thick soundproofing materials. However, please be mindful of heavy footsteps or loud noises as they may still transmit through the floors.

* Please remember to remove your shoes when entering the premises (similar to typical Korean households).

* Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors throughout our accommodation. A fine of 300,000 KRW will be imposed for smoking indoors. If there is any damage affecting subsequent guests due to smoking, additional charges may apply. The burning of mosquito coils, which emit smoke, is also considered equivalent to smoking and is prohibited within the premises.

Hidden gem in dongdaemum

This place was lovely with 3B2b, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Three of us enjoy it very much! The only down side was that it was on a hill so it wasn’t easy access to but other wise it was perfect for 3 grown women who need their own room.
