“First off, big thanks to the awesome Manager that accomodated my very early check in. Room was very, very clean, bed is so soft and comfortable. Love it that you also have a microwave! Breakfast is okay but coffee was great. I wish you have extra toiletries tho and slippers. But overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back”

“I stayed one night in this hotel on my arrival I was asked for a deposit of 100 dollars that would be returned to me at check out but after a week they still had not returned me I contacted the structure several times and each time the usual guy always answered me who told me that the manager was not there and that the 100 dollars had been withheld for smoking in the room but I not being a smoker I did not understand how it was possible we really forget and scammers”

“We really enjoyed our brief stay. The lobby was very spacious and offered many sitting areas. The restaurant was also very convenient and the waiter was very caring and accommodating. ”

“I was in Redwood City for a medical procedure at Sequoia Hispital. The location was convenient, though at first glance, I was not sure what to expect, but once inside, I felt reasured that this was a typical BW property. Parking is shared with the restaurant next door (Stacks - so good), but adequate. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Only downside was no elevator to the second floor, so we had to stay on the first floor since I couldn't do stairs after my procedure. I would...

I needed a low-cost room in the area and this was excellent. It was safe and conveniently located right near Target and other food and shopping stores.”

“I visit Palo Alto a couple of times a year and have decided to stay here every time. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed, the grounds are beautiful, and parking is easy. Can’t ask for much more. Looking forward to staying here again!”
