“The room and bed were clean. The hotel was kept up. The a/c worked fine. I didn't have the offered breakfast, so I can't say how it was. Overall it was good and I would stay again.”

“the wash-hand basin in the bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently to remove some residue left on the basin (likely given a cursory wipe). The fridge was not working properly was told a working one would be put in it never happened. The safe in the room was opened in the locked position a maintenance person came and unlocked and left had a trial and locked with my own code couldn't open it. Other than that everything was fine. i did inform the lady at desk of these problems when...

“Very spacious rooms with everything one can need. Staff was most helpful, overall very pleasant experience. We are traveling to Sarasota often and this hotel was one of the best. We will definitely return. ”

“Topaia. Fatiscente, sporca, mal frequentata. In camera un odore di marcio. La colazione è inesistente, quel poco che c’è è meglio lasciarlo lì ed andare a fare colazione al Mac Donald vicino come abbiamo fatto noi. Il peggior posto dove siamo mai stati. Expedia dovrebbe evitare, per la propria reputazione, di inserire posti del genere e oltre tutto farli pagare come posti discreti. Le foto che si vedono sono fasulle ”

“Check in is a kiosk. There isn’t anyone present in the lobby. Your key cards are provided by the machine. The staff that cleans and puts out the breakfast items are great! Breakfast is mediocre. The pool was dirty and not taken care of very well. The one thing I can say good is the beds were very comfortable .I was, overall disappointed in this hotel. I would not stay there again.”

Upon being shown this, the manager made a very firm point to inform me that they have a no refund policy. This was genuinely about as bad as it gets. ”

“Great, laid back place in a quieter part of the island. Just pick a bike or kayak and venture around: very easy check in / out. Very communicative staff and I liked that I could contact them via text. ”
