“Die gebuchte Suite konnte nicht bezogen werden. Angeblich gab es einen Wasserschaden & wir wurden auf Standardzimmer umgebucht. Nachdem wir einen Ausgleich dafür haben wollten wurde mitgeteilt, das wir ja bereits besser gestellt sind als mit dem gebuchten Zimmer. Haben wir etwas anders gesehen.
