“It’s a pretty easy check in finding the room and Ice machine was a bit of a struggle nothing too crazy though. I did see a couple ants in the queen suite though. None the less the room was clean. The staff did help when asked and the parking was okay.”

“The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.”

“I liked the location because it was close to the historic town of Clinton. The breakfast was better than expected. The kitchen in the room with full sized refrigerator was a bonus. The staff were nice and accommodating. I would stay here again if I come back to Clinton.”

“The good: Beautiful high end hotel and room. Valet parking. It was renovated within the last 5 years. Staff was very very friendly. Beds were comfy. Food and drinks were good. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night. “This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. “If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff.
