This new four-bedroom home, measuring approximately 110 m², is set in an idyllic location and features a Zen-inspired decor that creates a calm and cozy atmosphere—just 900 m from the sea.


The south-facing patio will charm you with its “Southern relaxation” vibe—barbecues and swimming will be highlights of your stay. 

Deck chairs, beanbags, games, and towels will let you fully enjoy the pool (6.5 m x 3.5 m with an alarm), the sunbathing area, and the outdoor space.


The living area, approximately 50 m², is perfect for gathering the whole family and fully enjoying the lounge area (with Wi-Fi, Alexa, and a 167cm smart TV, as well as plenty of board games), a beautiful central island, and its fully equipped kitchen (very well-stocked—foodies, take note!!!).


The villa also features 3 bedrooms (with beds made up for your arrival), including one with a 140-bed and a separate office area (perfect for some quiet time to work), one with a 160-bed, TV, and a beautiful, separate master suite with a large 160-bed and a spacious all-marble bathroom.


The laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, along with clean bath linens and beach towels, will be provided for your use.

The house will be cleaned between each rental, and you’ll be greeted on-site to help you get settled


Parking is available for two vehicles. 

 

You’ll be a 15-minute walk from the beaches, a 5-minute drive from the centers of Valras and Sérignan (with bakeries, ice cream shops, convenience stores, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.) and from supermarkets (Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi, Gifi, ...).



Our concierge will contact you the week before your arrival, provide you with all the details you need for your stay, assist with your needs (such as recommended spots and places to visit, as well as bike, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, etc.), and will be available throughout your stay.
