“We had a lovely stay, rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is nice but pool area a little outdated. Food is good and the spa is amazing. The staff are what makes this hotel and they genuinely do go out of their way to make sure you have a fab stay. “Das Hotel und die Anlage sind sehr schön designt und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Allerdings lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist nicht aufmerksam. Kezban an der Rezeption, Vitoria vom Kundenservice, Sila aus der Casablanca Lobby Bar und Mazlum vom Rent-Car waren alle extrem freundlich, lieb und hilfsbereit.
