“Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Villa Putih was very comfortable. Any issues were fixed immediately. Needed some cold and flu relief and the staff helped us aquire some in no time.
Food was delicious.
Pool not too deep for our 8 and 10 year old boys.
We will miss this place and its gorgeous sunsets. Maybe a few small negatives but they’re not worth mentioning as no place is perfect.
You will not regret staying here. And Lovina is great place to visit. Wish we had more time to...

“L'albergo è immerso in un contesto fiabesco, l'ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un po' di tranquillità. Ogni dettaglio è curato alla perfezione, il panorama mozzafiato e il personale estremamente disponibile, forse anche eccessivamente, la ragazza dell'accoglienza ha ostentato toni cordiali e sorrisi melensi che non ci hanno messo sempre a nostro agio.
Ad ogni modo questa è solo una nostra impressione, la struttura merita il costo dei servizi offerti, abbiamo usufruito anche della ristorazione,...

“The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. It’s a nice walk if it’s in the morning, but...

“The place and the resort are amazing, but the main drawback is that the toilet is located outside the room in an open space. This setup is particularly inconvenient at night. Similarly, the shower is also in an open area, which adds to the discomfort.
Dinner is served in very small portions—especially the rice, which was limited to just two tablespoons.
Aside from these issues, the location itself is lovely.”
