The staff, from my guide and driver, who was very knowledgeable of the fauna and very attentive to my needs, to the entire staff,: kitchen, restaurant, guards, everybody was extremely nice and helpful. “Wonderful place to stay. Tenda are very clean and comfortable. Personnel is very professional and kind. Food is good. Animals cruise around at night time. We have also enjoied Allan's service as guide throughout the park. If you are self driver, we strongly recommend to contact the camp in advance and be picked up at seronera, since the camp is impossible to be found without a guide. “We actually stayed at the sister camp Serengeti Safari Lodge because of an upgrade. We had a tented cabin with a nice bathtub, separate shower, nice comfy bed tented with a mosquito net. We could see some game from our balcony and could see the sunrise from our bed, Which made our stay an unforgettable experience. The staff is very kind and attentive. They then did not replay or connect again for 3 days while in Tanzania without our scheduled second camp accommodations we paid over $1200 for. Very disappointed in this camp and Expedia. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container.
