“Absolutely wonderful experience at Coco Ocean Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. A special thank you to a staff named Lamin. who, despite being ready to go home late at night, went above and beyond to make sure I had something to eat when I arrived hungry. His kindness and hospitality will never be forgotten. The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautiful, and all the staff were amazing. A special mention to my room attendant, Mr Alpha, who was simply the...

“Staff were friendly and very helpful, all along. Someone checked in on my name. The person used the facilities, left unclean before us. They had to take his stuffs out of the flat for us to be in there that night. I still cannot believe that was possible without verification. We had issues with the front door for few days until it was finally fixed properly. There are builders building and refurbishment going on which is good for the hotel but early morning noise from builders wasn’t nice...

“Breakfast included was a plus and a good variety and tasty. Room had a smell for the first few days but housekeeping came everyday and soon the smell was gone. Back up generator was useful kicked in everything. Internet was spotty at times but we managed to watch several episodes of shows. The garden was marvelous and the ocean was everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating all and all great value for the money.”

“Perfect Hotel in Senegambia, very kind staff, spacious and clean room, amazing and quite garden and swimmingpool, very good breakfast. Near to restaurants, shops and beach. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross und gemütlich. Die Parkanlage ist eindrücklich mit Palmen und grossen Affenbrotbäumen. Der Strand ist sauber.”

“I stayed at this hotel several times. This time around they had replaced the air handling units for the air conditioning…. The rooms weren’t getting cold on the 1st floor so imagine how it will be on the 2nd floor…. So any way I complained about the situation… there wasn’t nothing that could be done on there end so I had to suffer but not to much”

“lhotel è molto bello immerso nel verde. Seppure bassa stagione i servizi erano buoni. Il frigobar era vuoto ed alcuni confort per un 5 stelle erano un po' sotto la media. Personale molto disponibile.”

“The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. ”

“non ci sono negozi vicino”

“It was simple, rooms are clean and the staff are very accomdating and friendly.”

“Amazing staff and amenities!!see you soon ”

“Rigtig søde. Hjalp når der var brug for det. 24 timers reception. God mad i restauranten. Morgenmaden kunne vælges fra a´la carte kortet. Der var rigeligt at vælge imellem. roomservice. værelset trængte til en lille opgradering, men det var rent. De er ikke så hurtige til at komme med maden. ”

“This hotel is CLOSED, yet they are still accepting reservations! Guests arrive only to be sent to another hotel with a much lower standard than the one they originally booked and paid for. Be very careful and check the situation thoroughly before making a reservation or paying any money! This property is a SCAM !”
