The minimalist-style kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, hob, fridge and other practical appliances to help with your daily routine.

Access to the vast terrace flows seamlessly from the living room. This incredible outdoor space is furnished with a dining table and a luxurious canopied outdoor bed, perfect for sunbathing, reading a book and enjoying the sea stretching out to the horizon.

Please note that due to this privileged seafront location, seagulls are a frequent presence in the area; these birds can make some noise and occasionally leave traces of their presence on the terrace.

The master bedroom features a contemporary concept, harmoniously separated from the living area by a glass wall, and is equipped with a very comfortable double bed to ensure peaceful nights.

To further enhance your leisure experience, the accommodation includes access to an excellent shared pool in the building, ideal for a relaxing swim.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Located in the heart of Sesimbra, this accommodation offers you the absolute privilege of having the ocean as your garden. The great highlight of this address is the 'feet in the sand' location: just step out of the building and cross the street to set foot on the golden sands of the beach right in front, perfect for morning dips in the calm waters of the bay or relaxing in the sun. The energy of the neighbourhood is one of pure relaxation and coastal charm, where the tradition of an authentic fishing village blends with a vibrant holiday atmosphere. A stone's throw from home, you will find the promenade, the Santiago Fortress and a wide variety of renowned restaurants serving the best fresh fish and seafood in the country.

Despite being a truly serene seaside retreat, its proximity to Lisbon's historic centre is a huge advantage. In a scenic car journey of approximately 45 minutes (crossing the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge), you will find yourself in the epicentre of the capital. This strategic location allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds: spend the day exploring the bohemian life of Bairro Alto, the charm of Alfama and the grandeur of Baixa Lisboeta, returning at the end of the day to the absolute peace of Sesimbra to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves.

Beyond the capital, this base is the ideal starting point for discovering the most breathtaking attractions south of the Tagus. You are at the doorstep of the majestic Arrábida Natural Park, famous for its verdant trails and internationally recognised crystal-clear beaches (such as Galapinhos Beach). A short drive away, you can also marvel at the dramatic cliffs and mystical sanctuary of Cabo Espichel, or visit the charming village of Azeitão, a must-stop for food lovers wishing to taste the famous Moscatel wine, creamy cheeses and the local tarts. The property is located right in the centre of Sesimbra, just a few steps from the beach.

Sesimbra does not have a metro station. The most practical means of transport is by car. From Lisbon, the property is approximately 40 to 50 minutes away by car, via the A2/IP7.

By bus, the TST (Transportes Sul do Tejo) line 207 connects Lisbon (Cacilhas) to Sesimbra, with stops close to the property.

Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 50 to 60 minutes away by car. Taxis and private transfers are available in the area.

There is free parking in the building.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
The loss or misplacement of the property access key, in case of code system failure, has a cost of €80.
