“There is a lawson at the corner maybe a 3 min walk. There are some coffee shops with baked goods 10 mins away maybe less. They have a washer but you have to hang up your clothes. Which is pretty common. ”

“I would stay here again. Great location. Beautiful condo.relaxing and peaceful. Grocery store is across the street. Train station is a short walk. ”

“This apartment was an easy 5 minute walk to the station with easy access to Shibuya. The room itself was very spacious and clean. There was most neccessities with a washing machine and hair dryer. The stairs are quite steep so maybe no the most accessible access. The only improvements would be a rubbish bin in the bathroom/toilet and also some towels to dry dishes after washing. I would reccomend staying here for groups up to 5. ”

“The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. ”

“アパートの民泊タイプの宿泊施設でした。 部屋に洗濯機があり洗剤もあったので長期滞在問題なし。 部屋にPC作業などできる十分な広さの机がありリモートワークや出張中の事務作業も可能。 用賀駅から近いけど静かでした。 忘れ物をしたのですが、すぐに確認をしてくれてとても助かりました。 このタイプの宿泊施設だとスタッフの人と対面することがほとんどないので、これまでは細かいやり取りなどできるのかなと敬遠をしていましたが、コミュニケーションも十分に取れて対応もしてくれたので不便ではありませんでした。”

“From the picture, i see there is a sofa, but for unknown reason (maybe because expedia mistakenly send there will be 2 renter?) , that they transform the sofa into a bed, which make me difficult to sit and works with table. But in general it is a good place, near to the metro station, near to a convenience store, just 20 minutes can arrive shibuya, got washing machine, place to dry clothes. So prettu recommend it”

“La struttura si presenta molto pulita, camere comunque estremamente piccole, nella camera tripla non c’era spazio neanche per aprire le valigie !!! Praticamente la struttura non è un albergo, ma un insieme di stanze in affitto, ti consegnano le chiavi e basta, cioè non viene effettuata alcuna pulizia giornaliera o sistemazione dei letti, il cambio asciugamani ci è stato fatto su richiesta dopo 4 giorni. La struttura si trova proprio di fianco alla linea treni e metro quindi comoda per gli...
