“The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The food was good and the staff kept the area clean. They were helpful and very personable. The building looks to be fairly new but was in terrible condition. The shower was especially bad. Mold in the caulking and grout. And the shower was gross. We couldn’t wait to get home and take another shower. The bed was fairly comfortable and the linen appeared clean but the HVAC unit made so much noise we had to shut it off to sleep. It was 41 degrees...

Our room had a slightly odd smell during our 4 night stay - maybe a pet had stayed directly before us? Beds were comfortable, pillows very soft but the bedding felt a bit cheap. We had room cleaned once during our stay and was only so-so, the pullout bed wasn't made, sheets were left all bunched up. Overall would stay again when in the area,...

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“Had the heat on was very effective”

“The owner was great. At check in we were told if we had any problems just ring the bell no matter what time and she would assist us. We had a problem with the remote and she brought us a new one. She said if we couldn’t get the tv to work she would move us to another room. We did get it working. Then it was raining one day and she brought me an old towel to dry my puppy off after we would go out. ”
