“Staff were very pleasant, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The decor in the room was beautiful and it was very clean with plenty of tea making facilities including ‘proper’ mugs and a teapot with tea cosy which was a lovely extra. However the room was very, very small and it did not have any drawers or wardrobe to store clothes (there was a small rail in the corner with four hangers to hang a few items). The en-suite was also very small but it was supplied with lovely White Company...

“We had a perfect week staying in this property in the lovely little village of Austwick. It was so quiet and peaceful, with a great pub 30 seconds away and a great base for walking. The property itself was immaculate, nicely decorated, well-equipped and had an open fire which we used every night. Definitely recommend staying here!
