“I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel. We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm. The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant...

“It was a nice experience. Food was excellent specially butter chicken was mouth watering. Morning buffet was ok. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool experience was not so good because of non-changing the water regularly. Roof top and bar were excellent.The Only problem was the way to reach the hotel parking which was too steep.”

“short weekend at the height of the monsoon. did some walking in the area and took in the magnificent scenery. the hotel is comfortable, intimate and the staff are accommodating and friendly beyond the norm. they literally went the extra mile to extricate me from the rockfalls that all but closed off access back to chandigargh airport - helping carry luggage in the rain across a partially destroyed road”
