“Had an amazing stay at Orchid Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. “This is one of the toughest reviews I have had to write.
I was in the city to stay with my dad for a couple of weeks. We spent the second week in welcomgroup hotel. I’ve stayed at the hotel chain in other cities so knew they have a high standard.
The experience, this time, was mixed. The staff was absolutely fantastic across the board. They offered us every courtesy and convenience we could have asked for. It was a top tier experience in terms of staff willingness to help.
