Awesome property, resort was amazing, the North Tower concierge staff are as good as it gets!

Fantastic family vacation

Outstanding concierge service, beautiful apartment and lovely resort. Wish that the kitchen had been slightly better equipped with more coffee mugs and frying pans but we managed well. Elsa from housekeeping was amazing. Need to sort out the beach chair arrangement at the Ritz. Umbrellas are sorely needed as at other resorts and definitely seem to be some override of the first come, first served arrangement by the beach staff.....assume tipping to avoid the need to actually be there. All in all, would absolutely recommend this place and will come again!

Loved it!

Beach staff hotel services restaurants water sports day sailing Golf all wonderful. No hot water for 24 hours on arrival ( got fixed), prices higher than St Thomas Ritz but no complaints weather was perfect and we loved our first trip to Grand Cayman. Staff does not monitor flight schedules as does RC residence in STT so watch for your Flight we were delayed 4 hours for a 4 hour flight due to ice weather in Boston holding up the plane at Logan. The unit was very nice with partial beach water views very comfortable and safe. Excellent gourmet restaurants on Ritz property with top rated Blue for price fixed $200 a person for dinner. Golf reasonable at $120 for 9 and right at hotel side. A mix of 5 star experiences with a slight offset for higher than usual Caribbean prices and an arrival to no hot water. Recommended for sure. Go book now enjoy 😊.
