Enjoy unparalleled curated privacy from the moment you step through the entry gate and into the lush gardens surrounding this grand 4-bedroom villa with a 1-bedroom guest cottage. This Balinese-style 5-bedroom waterfront villa spans almost 9,000 square feet across three levels of elegant indoor and outdoor living spaces with sweeping panoramic views of The Ritz-Carlton Golf Course, as well as calm canal views.

Your property manager will help to set up a Ritz Carlton Resort Account upon arrival. Our guests will have access to all of the services the Ritz Carlton offers, as well as restaurant, cabana, spa, and tennis or golf reservations. The Ritz Carlton also has a kids camp.

The resort features large shared pools, however, your private infinity pool will be enjoyed more by family and friends. A poolside BBQ and multiple sundecks add to your quiet enjoyment. Popular with our guests is a private stingray sandbar charter with pick-up and drop-off at the villa.

You will find 4 bedrooms in the main villa plus one bedroom in the detached guest cottage. There are three luxurious ensuites in the main house, including an oversized shared bathroom on the lower level connecting two guest bedrooms. There's also a powder room on the main level.

Light housekeeping is provided each Mon/Wed/Fri. Additional 3-hour housekeeping blocks are available for purchase at US$150/3hr block.

2 complimentary golf carts--a 6-seater + a 4-seater--are provided for your use during your stay for speedy transportation around the Resort.

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***

All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

***Beach Notes***
Located on Seven Mile Beach, The Ritz Carlton offers a quintessentially perfect, white-sand barefoot beach, with an exquisite pool, and beachfront cabanas (fee required) on the west side of the resort.

The Deckhouse Villas, ballrooms, spa, multiple restaurants, hotel rooms, kids camp, outdoor pools, plus golf and tennis facilities are located on the east side of the resort; connected by a pedestrian bridge from one side to the other.

Deckhouse #1 offers our guests 1 golf cart for use during their stay.
